Slap League End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Slap League Online Championship and related updates, test builds, and game software provided by HelectronSoft S.M.P.C.

1. License grant

Subject to this agreement, HelectronSoft grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game on devices you own or control, only for personal entertainment and in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.

2. Ownership

The game is licensed, not sold. HelectronSoft and its licensors retain all rights in the software, code, gameplay systems, artwork, characters, animations, audio, logos, game names, and related materials.

3. Content and online features

Slap League Online Championship is a realistic 3D slap fighting game with moderate violence. Online play, matchmaking, account features, events, purchases, rewarded ads, and server features may require an internet connection and may change over time.

4. Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, create cheats, use bots, interfere with servers, bypass security, manipulate purchases or ads, sell accounts, or use the game for unlawful purposes.

5. In-app purchases and virtual items

Purchases are licensed digital content for use only inside Slap League Online Championship. They do not create property rights, have no real-world monetary value, and are not transferable. Platform billing, refund, parental control, and purchase authentication rules apply.

6. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads may be offered as optional experiences. HelectronSoft may change, limit, or remove ad rewards, and rewards may not be granted if the ad is not completed, cannot be verified, or is associated with suspected abuse.

7. Data and deletion

The game uses HelectronSoft servers to store linked device IDs, user account IDs, Apple and Google account IDs and email address when provided by sign-in, in-game progress, and purchase history. Data is stored in Europe. See the Privacy & Data Deletion Policy.

Account deletion is irreversible. Self-service deletion is available only while logged into the game, from game settings. Deletion removes account-associated data stored by HelectronSoft and permanently removes related progress and purchase history stored by HelectronSoft.

8. Updates and termination

HelectronSoft may provide updates or require updates for online play. This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement. When the license ends, you must stop using and delete the game, and HelectronSoft may restrict access to online services.

9. Third-party services

The game may use Apple, Google, payment, hosting, analytics, anti-fraud, and advertising services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, this agreement is between you and HelectronSoft, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the game, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

11. Google Play terms

If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play terms also apply. Google is not responsible for providing support for the game, and purchases and refunds are handled according to applicable Google Play policies.

12. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device, preservation of online services, or availability of purchases or rewarded ads.
