Slap League Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to Slap League Online Championship, a realistic 3D slap fighting mobile game operated by HelectronSoft S.M.P.C.
1. The game
Slap League Online Championship includes realistic 3D slap fighting, moderate violence, online features, in-app purchases, and optional rewarded ads. Use the game only if you meet the age rating and platform requirements shown on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Accounts and sign-in
The game may create a HelectronSoft game account and may link that account to your device, Apple account, Google account, or email address when you choose a platform sign-in option. You are responsible for keeping access to your platform account and device secure.
3. Online play and fair use
Online features are provided for fair competitive play. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate matchmaking, interfere with servers, harass other players, impersonate others, sell accounts, or disrupt the game experience.
4. In-app purchases
The game may offer digital items, currency, upgrades, or other in-game content for purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play where required by the platform. Digital items have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used inside Slap League Online Championship.
Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, and platform billing issues are handled under the applicable Apple or Google terms. HelectronSoft may remove or adjust digital items when necessary for fraud prevention, platform compliance, balancing, technical reasons, or legal requirements.
5. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional ad experiences that may grant in-game rewards when you choose to watch them and meet the reward conditions. Rewards may be delayed, unavailable, or withheld if an ad fails to complete, the network is unavailable, or fraud or abuse is detected.
6. Privacy and data
The game collects and stores data needed to operate accounts, online play, progress, purchases, support, security, and optional rewarded ads. See the Slap League Privacy & Data Deletion Policy for details.
7. Account and data deletion
Self-service deletion is available only while logged into the game, from the game settings. Deletion is irreversible. When you confirm deletion, all account-associated data stored by HelectronSoft is deleted, including linked device IDs, game account IDs, linked Apple or Google account IDs, email address if provided through sign-in, in-game progress, and purchase history stored by HelectronSoft.
Deleting your account will permanently remove progress, rewards, and account-bound purchase history. Platform transaction records controlled by Apple or Google may remain under their own policies. If you cannot access the game but need to exercise a legal or platform-supported deletion right, contact support@helectronsoft.com; identity verification may be required.
8. Availability and updates
HelectronSoft may update, balance, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, events, content, servers, purchases, ads, or online services. Some updates may be required to continue playing online.
9. Intellectual property
Slap League Online Championship, HelectronSoft, game names, characters, artwork, software, animations, audio, logos, design, and related materials are owned by HelectronSoft or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Termination
HelectronSoft may suspend or terminate access to the game or online services if you violate these terms, the EULA, platform rules, or applicable law, or if needed to protect the game, players, servers, or HelectronSoft.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelectronSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, matchmaking availability, purchase availability, ad availability, or preservation of progress in every circumstance.
