End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to HelectronSoft games, prototypes, beta builds, test builds, updates, and related software made available by HelectronSoft.

1. License

Subject to this agreement and any applicable platform rules, HelectronSoft grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for personal entertainment and testing purposes.

2. No sale

The software is licensed, not sold. HelectronSoft and its licensors keep all ownership rights in the software, content, artwork, audio, design, code, game names, characters, and related materials.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create cheats for, automate, exploit, or interfere with the software except where applicable law expressly allows it.

4. Online features

Online features may require internet access, platform accounts, device compatibility, and service availability. HelectronSoft may update, suspend, balance, limit, or remove online features as needed.

5. Beta and test builds

Test builds may be incomplete, unstable, confidential, region-limited, time-limited, or changed without notice. Access to a test build may be revoked at any time.

6. Player conduct

You agree not to harass others, cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt matches, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or use the software in a way that harms the game, players, or HelectronSoft.

7. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, gameplay ideas, or other submissions, you allow HelectronSoft to use them for development, publishing, support, marketing, and related business purposes.

8. Purchases

If purchases are offered in a released game, they may be processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider. Platform purchase terms, refund rules, and account requirements may apply.

9. Updates

HelectronSoft may provide updates, patches, balancing changes, content changes, or technical changes. Some updates may be required to continue using online features.

10. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the software, and HelectronSoft may restrict access where permitted by law and platform rules.

11. Disclaimers

The software is provided as available and without warranties of any kind, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelectronSoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the software or this agreement.

13. Platform terms

If you download the software through Apple App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, Google Play testing, or another platform, that platform's terms also apply.
